Cape Farewell, also known as the County of Cape Farewell, is a Royal Precinct of the Elwynnese Union. It is situated in the High North, which is also known as the Northern Reaches, of the Lands of the Two Sacred Rivers.

The County is currently ruled by Arandur (Steward) Prince Adam Ayreon-Kalirion. The title of Countess has been retained by the former governor Queen Noor bint Daniyal as per her matrimonial contract with King Noah.
