Cape Farewell, also known as the County of Cape Farewell, is a Royal Precinct of the Elwynnese Union. It is situated in the High North, which is also known as the Northern Reaches, of the Lands of the Two Sacred Rivers.
Administration
The County was from 1642 to 1644 ruled by Arandur (Steward) Prince Adam Ayreon-Kalirion. During his tenure Queen Noor bint Daniyal retained her title of Countess as per her matrimonial contract with King Noah of Elwynn. In 1644 King Noah removed Prince Adam from the governorship of Cape Farewell after his mother, Queen Noor had deemed that he was no longer a fit and proper person to serve as Royal Governor of the County of Cape Farewell due to a string of vile antics and evil deeds.
