Rikarðsstaðr (sometimes spelt Rikarðstaðr, Farewellish for "Richard's town", Elw: Rikarstaar; Babkhi: Rashidshahr) is a bailiwick in central Cape Farewell. Its population is 1,305,896. The capital is the town of the same name as the bailiwick (population 711,710). Other towns of note are Vidarvik (population 95,177) and Karvarhus (population 65,402). The rest of the population are divided almost equally between the northern parts, in suburbs to Caligae, and in smaller towns and villages that are scattered around the bailiwick.

Rikarðsstaðr is named after the Norse name of Richard Lyon (Rikarðr) who was in Babkhi known as Rashid (hence Rashidshahr as the Babkhi name of the bailiwick).

The bailiwick borders Karmanjoomrim in the south, Amuun Aranui in the east, and Caligae in the north.
