Kaiser Meskan II

Kaiserial name of Bill Trihus. As usual for Shirithian Kaisers, he had a lot of good ideas, some bad ideas, and never got around to implementing most of either of them. His grandest plan seems to have been to adapt Control of Destiny into micronations so that the events in it would have a more "real" feel, or so he said in his abdication post. He also unbanned political parties, which nobody seems to have gotten around to revoking (as of 3015 ASC) because of the general state of deadness and lack of traditionalist Kaisers the nation fell into after his reign.

Anti-Kaiser Nicodemus I appeared in 1518, attempting to take power. His coup failed.
