Imperial Decree #232 - Disbandment of the Duchy of Antica

Due to the vast inactivity of all of the members of the Duchy of Antica, the Duchy of Antica is hereby dissolved. The counties shall return to the Shirelands.

This decree does not nullify the Treaty of Aquilaria, which most likely will be nullified at a later (but soon) date, and will depend on negotiations with the Republic of Antica.
