Imperial Decree #236 - The Ungreening Principle

Although Ric mentioned it in the Landsraad, this is actually something that I have been planning. Currently all Imperial Law, labelled in green in the Lawbook, cannot be edited by the Landsraad. I hereby am allowing this to change.

The Kaiser hereforth shall have the power to demote Imperial Law to Landsraad Law, allowing the Landsraad to edit or repeal the sections that were previously Imperial Law.

This shall be called the "Ungreening Principle", named after the fact that Imperial Law is denoted by being colored green.

In amendment format, the following will be added to Chapter 0, Section C:

Code: 3. The Kaiser shall have the power to demote Imperial Law to Landsraad Law, allowing the Landsraad to edit sections of the Lawbook that was previously only allowed to be edited by the Kaiser.

  a. The Kaiser may do this at any time, including demoting Imperial Law at the same time it is decreed.
