Imperial Decree #233 - A New Lawbook

I hereby decree that the Decreebok and Lawbook are to be merged. This version, preliminarily called the Stuffbook to distinguish itself from the Lawbook, shall be simply called The Lawbook. Imperial Law (Law created by the Kaiser throguh decree) shall be distinguishable in the new Lawbook from Landsraad Law. In the Microwiki, which I will use as the primary source for updating the new Lawbook, this will be done by labelling Imperial Law to be green. Wording that is green cannot be edited by the Landsraad, just as the Landsraad could not edit the decreebook.

This new Lawbook has the advantage that it is much easier to see if there is any contradiction in the lawbook, and shows much more clearly what our total law is, helping to prevent redundancy.

As well, I hereby decree that any new Imperial Law must be placed in an amendment format similar to that of the Landsraad legislature, to allow the editing of the Imperial Law part of the new Lawbook to be much easier.
