Liv Dravot, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:
AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.
IMPERIAL DECREE 971: Territorial Settlement of Elwynn
The Agreement on the Territorial Settlement of the Elwynnese Union between the Kaiser of the Imperial Republic, the King of Elwynn, the King of Goldshire, and the Queen of Malarboria, shall enter into effect from the promulgation of this decree.
Copies shall be placed in the Tower of Bureaucratic Despair.
With this final act, let peace and tranquility be restored to our Imperial Republic and to Benacia.

Section 1: Froyalanish Nation
- The Froyalanish Nation has been derided by the excesses of the Froyalanish royal elite. The people’s anger is understandable, and the Kaiser and King agree that it is therefore necessary to protect the Froyalanish People from mistreatment, so that the innocent lives may not suffer unduly.

Section 8: Entry to force
- This Agreement shall be ratified by the Kaiser and the King of Elwynn. For such sections on agreements between the King of Elwynn and another imperial state, the ratification by the section’s imperial state shall be necessary for that section to enter force.
- The Agreement enters force upon the exchange of ratifications of the Kaiser and the King of Elwynn.
In witness whereof, the above named representatives of the High Contracting Parties have signed and sealed this Agreement. Done at Eliria, this year of 1651.
