The Government of Elwynn

A Circuit is type of subdivision of the Elwynnese Union which may be created by Royal Law within the borders of a Royal Precinct.

About

Creation

A Royal Precinct may, by Royal Law, be divided into two or more Circuits when it:

1. has more than twenty municipal corporations within its borders, or;
2. has a population higher than twenty-five million residents, or;
3. is stretched out over a large geographic area, or;
4. covers more than one time zone.

It is, however, required by Royal Law that a Circuit must cover at least five municipal corporations. The names, borders and numbers of Circuits are to be established by Royal Law.

Administration

A Circuit is governed by a Warden who is apppointed by either the Royal Governor of the Royal Precinct where such Circuit is part of, or by the White Orchid Throne. The powers of a Warden are, subject to Royal Law, determined by the authority appointing such Warden. The appointing authority may provide for a title of office in acccordance with the traditions and customs of the Royal Precinct where such Circuit is part of.

The Royal Governor of a Royal Precinct serves as Warden-at-Large of those Circuits within zir Royal Precinct where the Wardenship is vacant.

• Illumination and Cimmeria;
• Íseirdia-la-Vraulalennir.

Agnesia and Wintergleam

The County of Agnesia and Wintergleam has been divided into two Circuits, the Circuit of Agnesia and the Circuit of Wintergleam.

The Circuit of Agnesia consists of the following Bailiwicks:
