Terror (pronounced in the lingua franca as “tuh-ROAR”) (Elw: Tyroor, Babkhi: Tarûr) is a bailiwick in the northern part of Cape Farewell, on the Caligaean peninsula. It borders Andelarion in the east and Caligae in the south. The population of the bailiwick is 2,364,655. Most of these people live in the conurbation of Terror close to Caligae, while less than 150,000 live in smaller towns and villages outside the conurbation.
The bailiwick and town are named after the former MoMA Station Terror. Following Elwynnese independence from Shireroth, the area was incorporated civilly. Nonetheless, there is still a UDF base in the bailiwick (UDF Terror).
