Amended by Imperial Rescript 1643.6348 AN.ASC

RESCRIPT TO IMPERIAL DECREE 837

To the Count and people of Mar Sara. Zahnrad speaks to you, his chosen ones. The Cog is good. Heed this wisdom and build accordingly a statue to the Kaiser on your island so that his generosity may be remembered. But add some gears to it, and call it steampunk.

The Divine Census has been updated.
