His Serenity's Prison Dragonsfold, also known as His Riverine Majesty's Prison Dragonsfold, in Dragonskeep in the County of Agnesia and Wintergleam is the primary detention centre in Elwynn for persons arrested under the Elwynns Straflov or for other offences contrary to Royal Decree.
