The Government of Elwynn

The legal term Royal Precinct (formerly Princely Precinct) denotes the First-Tier Subdivisions of the Elwynnese Union. Aside from those Royal Precincts of which the government is vested in the White Orchid Throne - Arietta, Eliria, Jorvik and the Lady Esther Isles - every Royal Precinct is ruled in the name and on behalf of the King of Elwynn by a Royal Governor appointed by the aforesaid King in the Council of Eliria. The King of Elwynn serves as Royal Governor-at-Large of those Royal Precincts where the Royal Governorship is vacant.

The Thirteen Royal Precincts

The Flower of the North has thirteen Royal Precincts.

They are the:

• County of Agnesia and Wintergleam;
• Emirate of Alalehzamin and Utasia;
• Kingdom of Amokolia;
• County of Araxion;
• Principality of Arietta;
• County of Cape Farewell;
• City and County of Eliria;
• County of Illumination and Cimmeria;
• County of Íseirdia-la-Vraulalennir;
• Jarlorð of Jorvik;
• Duchy of the Lady Esther Isles;
• Duchy of Raikoth;
• Federation of the Seven Ports.
