Flóðbúlla means "river bull" in the Froyalanish and Wintergleamish languages. It is a legal instrument issued by the Yfirfroyalansgythia and High Priestess of the White Orchid Temple.
About
The legal and cultural term Flóðbúlla is derived from the Great Sacred River of Benacia. Flóðbúllar are ever since the Ducal Reign of Harald of Froyalan used to exercise the temporal authority of the Yfirfroyalansgythia and the Hjartardýrlafðir.
