The Royal Parliament is the legislative assembly of the Elwynnese Union. It is composed of two chambers: the Sænate and the Assembly of the Twelve Peoples and has the power to propose legislation to the King who if He approves of the proposed legislation will proceed to decree the aforesaid proposal into the Law of the Elwynnese Union.
The Sænate
The Sænate is composed of the Royal Governors of the Royal Precincts of the Elwynnese Union.
The Assembly of the Twelve Peoples
The Assembly of the Twelve Peoples are elected directly by the People of the Flower of the North with each Royal Precinct serving as an electoral district. The Assembly(wo)men of the Assembly of the Twelve Peoples are elected in a manner similar to the members of the legislative bodies of the Bailiwicks of the Lands of Elwyna.
