Hólmlendar

Hólmlendar means "enclaves" in the Froyalanish and Wintergleamish languages. It is the cultural and geographical term that denotes two Tellian enclaved cities in the Deep South, Fiorecittà and Scoglitto, which are situated in the of the Royal Precinct of the Elwynnese Union which is known as the Emirate of Alalehzamin and Utasia. The cities are both partially surrounded by two of the Bailiwicks of the Circuit which is called the Vale of Angularis which are known as the Barrowlands and the Forest of Angularis.

Governance

Fiorecittà is part of the Tellian Confederation and Scoglitto is for the time being administered by Elwynn, but will in due course be handed over to the Tellian Confederation in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty of Gloomburg.
