Turnbúlla means "tower bull" in the Froyalanish and Wintergleamish languages. It is a legal and spiritual instrument issued by the Yfirfroyalansgythia and High Priestess of the White Orchid Temple.

The legal and cultural term Turnbúlla is derived from the Tower of Araxion. Turnbúllar are ever since the Ducal Reign of Harald of Froyalan used to exercise the spiritual authority of the Yfirfroyalansgythia and the Hjartardýrlafðir.
