(preamble)

Liv Dravot, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:

AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

IMPERIAL DECREE 970: The King of Elwynn & His Councillors

  1. The Imperial Government, acting in accordance with the due proprieties specified and maintained by the Charter, recognises and congratulates Vilhjálm Daniel Gudrödar Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati af Ettlingum Freyu of Waffel-Paine‎‎ on the occasion of his elevation to the White Orchid Throne.
  2. The Council of Eliria, whom His Majesty has so wisely appointed, are congratulated also as the news of their taking office is a great comfort and reassurance for us. The Imperial Government has every confidence in the ability of His Majesty's Royal Councillors to uphold Elwynn's rights as guaranteed under the charter.
  3. The Council of Eliria is invited to prepare proposals for the territorial settlement of the question of Amokolia-Batavia as well as the early evacuation and decolonisation of Arietta, the Lady Esther Isles, & Jorvik, which lay firmly outside of our sphere of interest and have no meaningful ties to the Elwynnese nation.
  4. The Imperial Government commits itself to provide whatever material support the Elwynnese Union may require during this turbulent time.

IN WITNESS OF THE SUBLIME MAGNIFICENCE OF OUR LORD THE RADIANT SUN WHEREOF
We have caused the Seal of Our Imperial Ministry to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand
Given at the Keep this 20th Day of Oskaltequ in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and fifty one.
