The Government of Elwynn

In Elwynn the County (formerly Royal Precinct or Princely Precinct) denotes the First-Tier Subdivisions of the Elwynnese Union. Every county is ruled in the name an appointed Arandur appointed by Prince upon the advice of the Council of Eliria. The Prince of Elwynn serves as Governor-at-Large of those counties to which no governor has presently been appointed.
