Imperial Decree 956
(preamble)
Liv Dravot, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:
AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.
IMPERIAL DECREE 956: Rearmament of Constancia
We, being mindful of our commitments through the SANE pact to our faithful allies in the Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia, and further being cognisant of their ongoing counter-insurgency operation in the Molivadisan Theme against the unfortunately named Nivardomski Otechestvenofrontovska, do hereby order and ordain that:
- Surplus operational air-frames, released from service with the Imperial Navy of Shireroth, shall be transferred at no cost into the ownership of the Free Associative Kingdom of Constancia.
- The Ministry of Military Affairs is empowered to directly liaise with the Mesazōn of Constancia in order to approve and finalise arrangements for the integration of the aforementioned air-frames into the Constancian Air Forces.
- The Euran Directorate of the ESB Group shall be charged to handle the logistical and administrative aspects of the transfer of the air-frames and their restoration to operational effectiveness as combat platforms.
- The donated air-frames shall be as specified in the attached schedule to this order.

We have caused the Seal of the Steward to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand.
