Imperial Decree 868
NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

Contributions from Elwynn
Whereas His Royal Highness The Imperial Steward, Khan of Cabbagefall, pursuant to Imperial Decree 866, negotiated a settlement on budget contributions from the Elwynnese Union, and finalized an agreement with Our Husband, His Majesty the King of Elwynn, on budgetary contributions from the Elwynnese Union, on whose behalf Our Son, His Imperial Highness Prince Vilhjalm Daniel Gudrödar, Prince of Amokolia, Shahzade Bey of Hjartahorn, signed along with the Steward on behalf of the Imperial Republic, and whereas that agreement, entitled the Alejian Castle Agreement, has been ratified by the King's Majesty, We do hereby ratify the Alejian Castle Agreement of 22 Muulantooqu 1646 (copy of which is in the Appendix), and incorporate it in the body of Imperial Law.
We instruct Our Court Historian and Notary to undertake, on behalf of the Imperial Republic, the necessities of proper submission under Article VII of the Alejian Castle Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused the Imperial Seal to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand. Given at the Keep this eighth day of Rugaall in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and forty-six.
