The Valtian Free State was a great empire of the days of yore, which was completely destroyed in a cataclysm. At its prime, the Valtian Free State was an advanced civilization and the dominant military and cultural power of Micras conquering or subduing many other nations, including Viken, the kingdom of the former oppressor of its people for they had fled to Isle of Valtia.
