Whereas the Imperial Dominion of Lichbrook requires a steady hand from a native and resident Liche--and not a conniving, loveless, opportunistic, unnatural, daemon woman--we do hereby appoint Lady Nostalgia to serve Us as Imperial Governor of that Dominion.
