The Scribe of Raynor's Keep is the head of the Tower of Bureaucratic Despair, to unforgiving bureaucrats also known as Tower of Sardonic Joy, and qualitate qua a member of the Imperial Advisory Council as well as a senior official of the Imperial Household and Heritage of the Golden Mango Throne.
Duties
The Scribe is responsible for assisting the Kaiser with keeping the future Kaiseral records impeccable, including, but not limited to, keeping the Decreebook up-to-date.
