The Foreign Quarters of Shirekeep is what before the Great Fire of Shirekeep in 4030 ASC existed out of several districts in which many foreigners were living. These included Babkhans, Anticans, Stormarkians, Batavians, etc.
After 4030 ASC the area was mostly used for farming purposes. The farmfields are protected by the Fishian Wall and Fort Tempus in the west of the Quarters.
