The Mule is a light-load pinnace built by Kezan Floating Cargo Manufacturers, with gravimetric drives provided by Red Bear LLC.

Development of the Mk.I Mule started soon after the introduction and success of the GAV(U)-4 Jackalope in 1652 AN. Early struggles with the prototype were mostly related to drive inefficiency for the power output vs weight and fuel consumption.

Production of the Mk.I began in 1654 AN and ended in early 1658 AN. Production of the Mk.II Mule began in late 1658 AN.
