This Imperial Decree has been vetoed by the Landsraad.


Decree

Kyle Kilynn of Waffel-Paine, Steward of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, gives praise to the gods of the many Shirerithian Peoples in the name of:

AYREON IV, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.


IMPERIAL DECREE 940: The Principality of Mishalan

Whereas the Imperial Dominion of Mishalan has fallen inactive for nearly 5 Norton years we do hereby invoke Article Three of the Treaty of the Two Bears, wherein the King of Elwynn is recognized as having exclusive control of the Imperial Dominion of Mishalan as ruling Prince of Mishalan.

The Imperial Dominion of Mishalan is ceded to the Elwynnese Union, pending two conditions:

1. The Soviet infrastructure of Mishalan is preserved as a museum inside the People's Academy.
2. A small donation of land is ceded from Elwynn to Shirekeep as noted in the Schedule to this Decree.

IN WITNESS OF THE SUBLIME MAGNIFICENCE OF OUR LORD THE RADIANT SUN WHEREOF
We have caused the Seal of the Steward to be affixed to this Decree which We have signed with Our Hand.
Given at the Keep this 24th day of Filadinu in the year after the death of Norton one thousand six hundred and fifty.

Resolution to veto Imperial Decree 940

The Landsraad, acting under the Imperial Charter, Article III, Section B, subsection 2:

Exercises its right to veto Imperial Decree 940,

Declares Imperial Decree 940 to be of no effect retroactively from its signature by the Steward, and

Calls upon the Steward to make the necessary arrangements for the implementation of this Resolution.
