Imperial Decree 845
This decree, although issued by Anti-Kaiser Tokaray al-Osman, was deemed legal for reasons of continuance of government by Kaiseress Noor in Imperial Decree 849.

IMPERIAL DECREE 845: The Kaiser's Government - Appointments to Steward, Ministries, and IAC
Aurangzeb II Steffki, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Kaiser, Khan of Vijayanagara, Emir of Jadid Khaz Modan, to his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.
WHEREAS We wish to surround Ourselves with the Counsel and Wisdom of Shirerithians as We proceed to govern the Imperial Republic, We do by this Imperial Instrument create and prefer Our most trusted and beloved Shirerithians be now appointed hold their respective offices as We Desire, and shall serve as members of the Imperial Advisory Council as law and customs prescribe -
- Steward and Court Historian: Adam Anushiruwân Hilding Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine;
- Minister of the Interior: Ludovic Alixion-Verion;
- Minister of the Exterior: Adam Anushiruwân Hilding Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Khan of Cabbagefall;
- Minister of Military Affairs: Ludovic Alixion-Verion.
WHEREAS We wish to by this Imperial Instrument create and prefer Our most trusted and beloved Shirerithians be now appointed to serve as our Counsellors and Advisors in the Imperial Advisory Council -
