IMPERIAL DECREE 799: Alice in Lichesland

Hear! Hear!

1. Insomuch it is Our Imperial Wish and Desire to continue to promote harmonious relations between the various sentient beings of the Lands of the Golden Mango Throne and beyond, We do by this Our Imperial Instrument, with the Most Gracious Leave of Our Most Dearly Beloved Son and Fruit of Our Valtian Loins, that Most Mighty Prince who is known as His Riverine Majesty the King of Elwynn, commission an Elwnet TV Series - to be part of the Elwynnese Commons - about a human girl who is called Alice Isurui and her joyous and jolly adventures among the Liches, Singers and various other sentient beings in Lichbrook and Minarboria, which shall be known as Alice in Lichesland.

2. For the same reason as in the preceding Article and with the self-same Leave of Our Most Dearly Beloved Son and Fruit of Our Valtian Loins, the Most Mighty Prince who is known as His Riverine Majesty the King of Elwynn, We do by this Our Imperial Instrument commission an Elwnet TV Series, to be known as the H-Team and also to be part of the Elwynnese Commons, about a fictional special police unit consisting of Cudgellers and Longships Guards who take on hateful insolent ingrates who attempt to cause disharmony between the various sentient beings of the Flower of the North.
