Krasniy Yastreb (aka KY Jelly, Spetsnaz Kras, Satan) has been associated with Micras in general and Shireroth in particular since 2003, attaining the status of veteran in a sector composed almost entirely of veterans. Introduced to Micras' Soviet subsector (back when such a thing existed) by some shady characters of PRNSE vintage, Krasniy trod a path of respectable mediocrity through the likes of Noviykrazniystan and Baracão before founding Novaya Zemlya, the flippantly satirical nature of which was seen as a refreshing divergence from the usual cookie-cutter Stalinist despotism and brought its founder some degree of community acclaim - not to mention rehabilitation from the dark taint of his previous benefactors whom, he belatedly discovered, were among the most notorious terrorists of the Tymarian era.

Parallel to this, the young Yastreb was enchanted by the impenetrable dynamic of Shireroth and duly established a sporadic presence in Goldshire, most particularly Lunaris, which slowly increased in intensity (notwithstanding a quiet, five-year ragequit due to a personality clash) until he found himself lord and protector of those very same fiefs. This conspired to place him in the front seat of the well-assisted literary tour de force that was the Cabbage Crisis and its subsequent period of reconstruction, itself culminating in the ascent and relatively untroubled reign of one Kaiser Mo'll I. From there the Krasniy train began to slide off the rails as a prolonged period of writer's block subjected his work to diminishing creative returns, while some vigorous disagreements about the implications of the Kildari secession found him so violently pilloried that none dared to support him in public, leading to his loss of confidence in the Shirerithian population overall and a second ragequit to the nascent Minarboria, wherein the bright-lights-burn-shortest story of Novaya Zemlya was repeated with an uncanny level of similarity - right down to the troika leadership, the two-year lifespan and the single FNORD award. The collapse of that shrubby realm has caused Krasniy to gather its ruins into the mountain state of Kalgachia - a solitary vantage point from which he points and laughs at Shireroth's rattlings like an infant in a high chair, stubbornly resisting all exhortations to return to the Imperial Republic despite recent acts of redemptive moral courage by the Shirerithian population.

If his two FNORDS are anything to go by, Krasniy appears to have a moderate competence in the field of literature. He also churns out excessive amounts of visual material, winning rather less in the way of awards due to its utilitarian nature and a total abstinence from the constraining medium of vector graphics which, at almost a decade long, has entered the realm of the monastic.

The House of Yastreb as a narrative body of characters has accumulated more hangers-on over the years then its creator cares to remember, but the bloodline has proceeded broadly thus:

- Krasniy Esmerevich Yastreb - producing, by way of a one night stand with a secretary by the name of Breiza Willow-Moon:
- Ryabin Krasniyevich Mercaja Yastreb (Merkayastreb), aka Kaiser Mo'll I - producing, by way of amniotic decantation with his lich wife Royana Sineviscera Dasana Dolordotch:
- Aegrotia Ryabinevna Luciana Dolordotch - rendered mentally retarded by complications with said decantation. Nonetheless producing, by her arranged marriage to one Zemphirius Maksystrelovich Karymov:
- Albede Zemphirich Yastreb - last Shirerithian Yastreb who emigrated to Minarboria. Producing, by way of decantation with his Deep Singer wife Prethil Nal:
- Xantus Albedevich Zmeysyn Yastreb - believed to rather high in the administration of Kalgachia at present. Producing, with his Deep Singer wife Ilessa Zakatte Aerit:
- Rubina Xantievna Prepodava Yastreb - currently a student in Kalgachia.

Also of ignominious note is Stellus Ryabinevich Dolorsyn Yastreb - younger brother of Aegrotia and of similar mental affliction, only his was a florid insanity which dogged and eventually ended his tenure as Steward of the Imperial Republic after Kaiser Mors IV's abdication and resulted in his forced sinecure as caretaker of Malarbor, whose gnarly hand launched Stellus to a violent death in a particularly cantankerous moment sometime during the reign of Kaiser Ayreon III - this ill omen being the narrative impetus for the remaining Yastrebs to flee the Imperial Republic.
