Kaiser Sehml was the 143rd Kaiser of Shireroth, played by Nathan. Like his fellow Sixth Era Kaisers Aiomide and Mo'll, he was elected to the Mango Throne by the Landsraad. In Elwynn, prior to his ascension he was known as Luix Rakira. He was born in Natopia as Ludwig Drakire. He is the first in the Line of Drak.
