NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.


IMPERIAL DECREE 855
On the Rebellion in Voltrue

Section 1: Authorization The Imperial Ministry of Military Affairs is authorized to take whatsoever actions necessary to restore the Imperial Government in Voltrue, to restore the respect of the Kaiseress in the Puritanian States, and to to crush the rebellion against the Imperial Republic in Voltrue. The Imperial Marshals shall detain any person involved in the rebellion or any person suspected of having committed any of the offences under this Decree.
