Imperial Decree 855
NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.
Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.
IMPERIAL DECREE 855
On the Rebellion in Voltrue
Section 1: Authorization
- The Imperial Ministry of Military Affairs is authorized to take whatsoever actions necessary to restore the Imperial Government in Voltrue, to restore the respect of the Kaiseress in the Puritanian States, and to to crush the rebellion against the Imperial Republic in Voltrue.
- The Imperial Marshals shall detain any person involved in the rebellion or any person suspected of having committed any of the offences under this Decree.
Section 2: Temporary loss of autonomy
The local and dominion governments in Voltrue are replaced by a temporary military occupation, which shall last from its inception 3 years on, unless the objectives in Section 1 are realized sooner.
Section 3: Sanctions
Whosoever makes any transaction of money, goods or services with any person or entity loyal to or resident or located in Voltrue has committed the offence of correspondence with the enemy and shall be sentenced with no less than 1 year of forfeiture of civil liberties and no more than 20 years of forfeiture of civil liberties.
Section 4: Disgrace of the Myksos
The titles Baron Vigeland and Baron Mahamantotarebadum are removed from their current holders, and it shall be an offence, punishable by forfeiture of civil liberties for a period no less than 6 years up to a period of no more than 36 years, for whomsoever using these titles. Imperial Decrees 705 and 706 are therefore considered spent.
