IMPERIAL DECREE 782: Constructing the Gates of the Guttuli

Hear! Hear!

Since the old days, the Guttuli, which forms the entrance of the Elwynn River, has served as gateway to the Lands of Shireroth. The region has seen more bloodshed than any other within our Realm and those cities which governed those lands and waters became prosperous beyond our wildest imagination.

With changing times, Shireroth must show that it's still standing. We are rocks, fighting against the tide. We stand strong, and we never give up. For this reason I hereby order the construction of four towers, which will stand brotherly next to each other, just like the three current States and the Dominions under the Crown.

The four towers, which will welcome visitors, will serve to impress and increase our national prestige.
