Imperial Decree #141: Vote Distrobution Removal.

The following shall be stricken from the Decreebook.

IV: LAndsraad

Quote:

B: Votes 1: Number of Votes per Duchy a. Each Duchy shall be given ten (10) votes to cast within the Landsraad. 2; Vote Distribution a. A Ruling Duke/Duchess may divide these votes up among the nobles of his/her duchy as he/she sees fit, keeping in mind that he/she must control the single largest share the total votes. b. The Prætor must be informed of how a Duchy’s votes are distributed before any vote from that duchy may be cast.

All Numerations shall be adjusted accordingly. The Landsraad may continue using vote distrobution until it establishes precedures.

--Explaination-- I do not have the Authority to Establish Vote distrobution for the Landsraad, as this is a Voting Precedure matter. This section of the Decreebook used to be in the Charter, I removed it from the charter and put it in the decreebook so that the law exsisted but could be dealt with, without Charter edit. I HAD expected the Landsraad to realize that vote distrobution is under THEIR jurisdiction not mine, but wanted to let them realize that, and come before me about the matter. No one ever did. Much to my displeasure.

Thus, because I don't feel like being in violation of my own laws, I am removing this section from the Decreebook.
