Hirohito Rasmus

His Divine Majesty Hirohito Rasmus is the second Emperor of the Holy Empire of Jingdao at Sea and the fifth Emperor of Jingdao and the first High King of Sweden. Hirohito succeeded his father Jezza Rasmus on January the 12th 2014.

Decrees issued by Hirohito Rasmus

1. Imperial Decree 38: This decree limits the Ministry of Purity's discretionary powers to perform roadside executions to persons, as defined by the Law on the Protection of Human life, who do not have Xing- or Jingstatus. As an exception to the Law on the Protection of Human Life alien life from Xing states is not automatically destroyed but can also be removed from the Jingdaoese territory.
2. Imperial Decree 39: This decree forbids the Jingdaoese people to pray or offer to any God but His Divine Majesty himself, it also introduces the Jingdaoese national morning prayer.
3. Imperial Decree 40: This decree abolishes decrees from the period of Jingdaoese occupation of Batavia and declares Jingdao to be neutral with regards to the Batavian issue.
4. Imperial Decree 41: This decree offers protection to the Cult of Curly Fu and peanut, proscribes the death penalty for all who deny their mutual sexual attraction and offers subsidies to the Funu, Priestesses of the Cult of Curly Fu.
