XII Legio Ferrata

History

The Legion known as the XII Legio Ferrata (12th Legion the Ironclad) was raised in the year 1644 AN as part of the expansion of the Imperial Army ordered by the Kaiser Dominus with the promulgation of Imperial Decree 843. In common with many legions raised during the Sxiro-Jingdaoese Confrontation, the XII Legio was garrisoned initially in Mishalan where it could be equipped with the latest gravtanks and mechwalkers produced by the burgeoning Soviet armaments industry and integrate into its system of regiments the influx of new recruits and conscripts as they returned from completing their basic training in Zy-Rodun.
