NOOR AS-SALAAM, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar Baanooye Sathratiye, to her subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this Decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and our heirs forever.

Imperial Reorganization

With great distress We take notice of the dire situation befalling Their Imperial Highnesses The Ladies Isabella, Miranda, Esmeralda, Azardokht, Nulufar, Samira, and Alissa, The Lords Daniyal, Frederik, and Royston, and Their Royal Highnesses The Khanum and Khan of Cabbagefall.

In order to safeguard the Imperial Government during these threatening times, a reorganization of the Imperial Ministries is therefore necessary.

Appointed, therefore:

Steward of the Imperial Republic, The Prince Kyle of Waffel Paine, Duke of Ynnraile.

Imperial Minister for the Exterior, Fjǫrleif, The Princess of Anun;

Imperial Minister for the Interior, Lady Altea Lomax;

Imperial Minister for Military Affairs and Chamberlain of the Imperial Household and Imperial Envoy to the Kingdom of Goldshire, Prince Hallbjörn Haraldsson, Prince of Shireroth, Jarl of the Seven Ports;

Imperial Envoy to the Kingdom of Lichbrook, The Lord Armin Jamal-Arminzadeh, Count of Suthergold;

Imperial Envoy to the Elwynnese Union, The Lord Heath J. Belledin.

All other positions remain effected.
