Heath J. Belledin (born ????, ????) is a Shirerithian legal scholar. Professor at Metzler University, Imperial Inquisitor since 1639. Member of the Imperial Advisory Council in the reigns of Kaiseress Noor and Kaiser Ayreon IV. Royal Councillor to Vilhjalm of Elwynn since 1651. Celebrated in Elwynn as a national hero for his part in the liberation of that country from the Daemonic Vanic State.
