WHEREAS We wish to by this Imperial Instrument entrust our Most Beloved and Trusted SCRIBE OF RAYNO'R'S KEEP, Yumi Zotrasdóttir to begin in earnest the full and thorough updating of the Decreebook and the Lawbook on ShireWiki, and encourage all citizens of the Imperial Republic to aid her in this important project;
