Gareth Arthur, 3rd Baron Lumina's Light, is the current Minister of Immigration and Naturalization and the Ambassador to the Viking Empire of Stormark and the State of Hurmu. In addition to holding the title of 3rd Baron Lumina's Light, he holds the title of Count of Nova Dalmajica.
History
Little is known about the early history of Gareth Arthur and he refuses to speak publicly about his past. It is not currently known who his father or mother were or if he has any family remaining. Even the location and time of his birth remains a mystery.
His unwillingness to discuss his history has led to rumors that he is a spy. However, he denies all of these allegations.
It is believed that Gareth Arthur first appeared in Shireroth on 3791 ASC as an immigrant applying for citizenship. After his application was approved, he elected to reside in Dutchy of Kildare in the Barony of Lumina's Light. He was elevated to Baron of Lumina's Light in 3791 ASC by then-Dutch of Kildare, Jonas I.
After Jonas I's ascension to the Mango Throne of Kaiser in 3792 ASC, he appointed Gareth to be the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization. That same year, the Minister of the Exterior appointed Gareth Ambassador to The Viking Empire of Stormark and the State of Hurmu.
When William I succeeded Jonas I to the throne of Kildare, he appointed Gareth Arthur to be the 1st Marquess of Kildare.
