IMPERIAL DECREE 822: Beautification of Shirekeep
Hear! Hear!
WHEREAS We have reigned for a long period of time and it is now time for a new Kaiser for Our Beloved Imperial Republic;
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT We do by this Our Imperial Instrument declare that We are irrevocably determined to renounce the Mango Throne and all the titles that come with it, signifying Our desire that effect thereto should be given immediately;
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT We do by this Our Imperial Instrument chose Our Trusted and Beloved Adviser and Councillor Thorgils Tarjeisson, Arandur of Alalehzamin and Utasia and Count of Ran, to succeed Us as Kaiser;
"May the lion not hurt you during Love's Great Adventure!"
