IMPERIAL DECREE 816: Repeal of Imperial Decree 815, Full Restoration of Imperial Decree 637
Hear! Hear!
We do by this Our Imperial Instrument fully repeal Imperial Decree 815, and restore Imperial Decree #637 completely so that the title of COUNT PALATINE OF KEZAN remains in perpetuity with the Lord of House Octavius;
