IMPERIAL DECREE 804: Commissioning of Honours Insignia
Hear! Hear!
Insomuch it is Our Imperial Wish and Desire to provide the Orders, Awards and other honours of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth with fine insignia, We do by this Our Imperial Instrument commission Our Most Dearly Beloved Lady Daughter and Fruit of Our Valtian Loins Her Imperial Niftiness Kaiseress Companion Fjǫrleif Llængjarla of the Houses of Ayreon-Kalirion and of the Descendants of Freyja to create such insignia.

So Decreed in this Six Thousand Two Hundred and Eleventh Year since the Founding of the Sector by the Hand Imperial of Hjalmar Heirðrson at the Kaiseral Court at Raynor's Keep.
