Ozarka Monto

Ozarka Monto, although not the most influential nor powerful of the Shirerithian people, plays an important role in the Cultural and Religious development of Kildare, and continues to advance certain aspects of Halluci culture. Ozarka Monto, the second baron of Hallucination currently resides as Count of Halluci in the city of Hallucidagrad which is Halluci's capital. Ozarka celebrated his first Shirerithian birthday this late July. Oz, as he is known by friends and foes alike, was one of the few souls daring enough to try to fix the economy. Oz started off as Deputy Minister of Trade under one Austi Scot. Later, after Austi stepped down from his position in mid 2004, Ozarka was deemed officially Minister of Trade. During this, he tried, in vain, to coax the scripters of Shireroth to develop a better, in-forum economy, all the while trying to regain the Department of Employment from the Minister of the Interior who was, at the time, Gryphon the Pure, or, as he is known, Joseph Strong of Kildare. Oz, as many Economics Minister's before him, failed at his task of reviving the dead economy. Ozarka was declared Baron of Southern Hallucination on August 7,2005
