A Royal Governor is an official appointed by the White Orchid Throne who governs a Princely Precinct of the Elwynnese Union in the name and on behalf of the King of Elwynn. The Royal Governors together form the Council of Eliria, the council of advisors of the Kingly Throne of the Lands of the Two Sacred Rivers.
