An oxymoron beloved of crossword makers everywhere, the Shirerithian Intelligence Community (SIC) is a broad coalition of government agencies and affiliates whose reports pass before the eyes of the Imperial Advisory Council, contributing towards the famously well-balanced and lucid decision making capabilities of its esteemed membership.
