Elections for Kaiser were held from 1609 to 1610 in the Landsraad following the erratic abdication of Kaiser Trantor IV ("ragequit") whereby the kaisership was vested in the Landsraad. The Landsraad elected Ryabin Merkayastreb who took the throne as Kaiser Mo'll I.
There were three candidates during voting: Jack Lewis (1 vote), Ryabin Merkayastreb (9 votes) and Shyriath Bukolos (6 votes). There was one abstention.
