The Khan of Cabbagefall (Khanum of Cabbagefall for a woman; also known as Khan of the Kalirion Khanate) is a title with the highest political power in Goldshire after the King of Goldshire.
By the Codex Aureus Regni prior to disputed amendment by King Ryker Everstone, the Khan holds almost all political power in Goldshire, "on behalf of" the King.
