Creating Baron San Juan
We, acting under Section 5 of the Imperial Decree numbered 702 of Our Predecessor of most blessed memory, Kaiser Ayreon III, bestow upon His Imperial Majesty Edgard the Second, Emperor of the Alexandrians, for his steadfast friendship with and support of the Imperial Republic, the degree, dignity and title of Baron San Juan, of the Grounds of the Church of Saint John the Baptist in the City of Glastonburg in Our Imperial Dominion of Puritania, and that upon his death or removal from the title, the title shall succeed to his descendants, with preference to the eldest, with no discrimination on gender or whether born within or outside marriage.
